Size of form overall:	104 × 190 mm (but with some variations across printings).

Distinctive characteristics of this form:

Telegraph charges for 14 words in the STAMPS box at the right;
boxed advertisement for REPLY PAID TELEGRAM is in the lower left corner;
schedule number is in the CASH REGISTER box.
the main distinctions between the varieties are:
9A: has "PLEASE TURN OVER" in lower left box an a single advertisement on the reverse side in orange;
9B: four lines of text under TELEGRAM which are centered;
9C: three lines of text under TELEGRAM which are justified;
9D: distorted line spacing in lower left box;
9E: schedule number moved to lower left corner.

Printed in September 1940.	AW-TO-9A. Unused transmission form. Characteristics: the boxed advertisment in the lower left corner includes the words "PLEASE TURN OVER"; has single advertisement printed in orange on the reverse side.
	Only the 1940 printing had the advertisement on the reverse side.
Printed in September 1942.	AW-TO-9B. Unused transmission form. Characteristics: four lines of text under TELEGRAM which are centered; first line of charges ends with "15-mile"; the boxed advertisment in the lower left corner does NOT include the words "PLEASE TURN OVER"; no advertisement on the reverse side.
Printed in June 1946.	AW-TO-9Ca. Unused transmission form. Specific characteristics: three lines of justified text under TELEGRAM; G of TELEGRAM has no horizontal bar; sans-serif font in each box is normal size; first line of charges ends with "1/-"; schedule number is in larger font for the 1945 and 1946 printings but not for the 1944 printing.
Printed in July 1946.	AW-TO-9Cb. Transmission form used to record a copy of a transmitted message. Specific characteristics: three lines of text under TELEGRAM; G of TELEGRAM has a horizontal bar; the sans-serif font in each box is very small; first line of charges ends with "1/-".
Printed in June 1947.	AW-TO-9D. Unused transmission form. Specific characteristics: four lines of left justified text under TELEGRAM; first line of charges ends with "15-mile"; middle line in lower left box for REPLY PAID TELEGRAM is distorted.
Printed in June 1948.	AW-TO-9E. Unused transmission form. Specific characteristics: four lines of left justified text under TELEGRAM; first line of charges ends with "radius"; schedule number moved to under advertising box in lower left corner. NOTE: the schedule number for this form is the same as the last of the delivery forms with the standard Type B format (AW-DO-10 (48)). Possibly there might have been one contract for the two different printings.
