Distinctive characteristics of this form:

first use of the heading INTERNATIONAL TELEGRAM which would later change to OVERSEAS TELEGRAM;
the issuing authority is the Postmaster-General's Department;
schedule number is in the lower left corner;
the main distinctions between the varieties are:
5A: centered heading is in large serif capital letters and there are 10 lines for the message;
5B: heading moved to the right. Is in small sans-serif letters and there are 8 lines for the message;
5C: centered heading is in small sans-serif letters; three lines under heading for "This Message ..."; and 8 lines for the message.
5D: centered heading is in small sans-serif letters; four lines under heading for "This Message ..."; and 8 lines for the message.
