Distinctive characteristics of this form:

window envelope with a red border around the window;
top two lines are reverse printed;
the main distinctions between the two varieties are:
4A: reverse printing is set down from the top edge; slightly thicker letters in the heading especially on the M; logo mentions only radio and cable;
4B: reverse printing is set down from the top edge; reverse side has the world map logo;
4C: reverse printing is flush with the top edge; logo mentions radio and cable and satellite;
4D: reverse printing is flush with the top edge; reverse side has the world map logo.
NOTE: The OTC Satellite (AUSSAT) was launched in 1985.

	IAO-EO-4A (reverse). Reverse side of the above delivery envelope showing the flap and the logo (diameter: 16 mm. The detail of the logo is shown below and mentions only Radio and Cable.

	IAO-EO-4B. Used delivery envelope. Characteristics: reverse printing is set down from the top edge; window has a rectangular border; M of TELEGRAM is a thick letter; no form number or schedule number printed.
	IAO-EO-4B (reverse). Reverse side of the above delivery envelope showing the OTC world map logo (Diameter of globe: 19 mm). Flap has a rounded peak with straight sides.
	IAO-EO-4C. Used window envelope. Characteristics: reverse printed heading is flush with the top edge; window has a border with rounded corners; M of TELEGRAM has thinner letters and especially thin centre lines.
	IAO-EO-4C (reverse). Reverse side of the above delivery envelope showing the flap and the re-designed logo (diameter: 19 mm). The design now has AUSTRALIA below OTC and the circle mentions Radio, Satellite and Cable.

	IAO-EO-4D. Used window envelope. Characteristics: reverse printed heading is flush with the top edge; window has a border with rounded corners; M of TELEGRAM has thicker letters and normal centre lines.
	IAO-EO-4D (reverse). Reverse side of the above delivery envelope. Flap has rounded peak and curved sides. Logo is the OTC world map.
