Distinctive characteristics of this form:

window envelope;
border extends to both sides of the envelope and about 3 mm top and bottom of the window;
INTERNATIONAL is in large (14 mm high) uncoloured letters;
TELEGRAM is printed in red block letters; all three formats have the same reverse side;
the main distinctions amongst the varieties are:
5A: fawn security pattern;
5B: the OTC logo in the security pattern has a thin circle border;
5C: the OTC logo in the security pattern has a thick circle border.

		IAO-EO-5A. Unused delivery envelope. Characteristics: security pattern inside is fawn with white dots;
		IAO-EO-5A (reverse). Reverse side of the above delivery envelope. Characteristics: has OTC AUSTRALIA logo reverse printed on flap (diameter: 19 mm); flap has a rounded peak with curved sides (42 mm high).
		IAO-EO-5B. Unused delivery envelope. Characteristics: the OTC logo used as a security pattern has a thin circle around it (see comparison below).
