The sheet contains three proofs (two of the 1d (6d) and one of the 2d (1/-) and all 11 colours used for the Colour Trials.

The sheet has been cut into two parts just below the top row of the colour trials.
The sheet contains:
- two imperforate proofs of the 1d (6d) in distinct shades of claret (approved colour) and lilac.
Both stamps are printed on paper with the Crown over Q sideways watermark (rotated clockwise).
- one imperforate proof of the 2d (1/-) in the approved violet shade. The proof is printed on paper with the Crown over Q watermark vertical.
This proof has surface damage in the top right corner.
- the imperforate Colour Trials are all printed on paper with the Crown over Q sideways watermark (rotated clockwise).
They do not appear to be arranged in any particular order.
