Between 1953 and about 1985, seven generic delivery envelopes were used.
They were intended to serve multiple greetings situations. Ultimately they were used to signify a Greetings-type telegram which was recorded on an ordinary rate form.

Has the floral emblems of the Australian States surrounding a shield. Heading below the window envelope is |

Has Greetings written in 12 languages. Heading below the window is TELEGRAM. |

| AA-GGE-5.
Has 12 balloons - two suspend a happy young person (who might have just received a telegram) while nine balloons suspend the letters of GREETINGS. telegram appears below window to the right of centre. |

| AA-GGE-6.
Has 18 lanterns in three rows with all but one in the middle row containing the letters of GREETINGS. telegram appears below the window to the right of centre. |

| AT-GGE-7.
Has miscellaneous objects above GREETINGS. telegram appears below the window to the right of centre. Issued during the Telecom period to about 1980 and the last two printings incorporate the Logo and the name Telecom. |
