Message area:	Same as previous but incorporates TELECOM AUSTRALIA below window.
Reverse side:	One slogan at base.
Colours (text & envelope):	Green on white.
Size of envelope overall:	89 × 145 mm.

Distinctive characteristics of this form:

window envelope with large rectangular un-bordered window;
has TELECOM AUSTRALIA printed underneath the window;
the main distinctions amongst the varieties are:
4A: TELEGRAM in thick, larger letters and no logo at the base;
4B: TELEGRAM is in thinner, smaller letters and there is a Telecom logo at the base;
4C: TELEGRAM in the same thinner, smaller letters than for 4A and with the Telecom logo at the base; flap is deeply curved.

AT-EC-4A

Printed in 1976. Characteristics: same large window as previous format (EC-3) 44 mm high; large wavy line security pattern printed inside.	AT-EC-4A (reverse side). Characteristics: rounded flap with straight sides; single slogan "TO EXPEDITE DELIVERY ..." at base; schedule number under right side of flap.
AT-EC-4B

	AT-EC-4B (reverse). Characteristics: has logo in front of TELECOM at base on front; has basket weave security pattern; flap and logo on reverse side is the same as for EC-4A; has OLYMPIC printer's logo printed on the inside of the flap; no schedule number.
AT-EC-4C.	AT-EC-4C (reverse).
Characteristics: same format for design as for previous format although slightly smaller font; different security pattern and in blue visible for inside; has accompanying delivery form AT-DO-15C.	Characteristics: only one advertisement on the reverse side; flap is a broad curve.
