very long form with blank message area to accommodate many words.

No date stamp but almost certainly a repeated telegram at Wagga Wagga in transit from Junee to Sydney
(The Sun).

Characteristics:

PRESS ... in serif font and capital letters.

Good example of how communications had changed, The fire broke out at 9:30 am, the message was received at the Junee Telegraph Office at 11:40 am and it was being processed at Wagga between 12:40 pm and 1:30 pm.
