This form appears to have been issued in mid-1876. The Age (24 June 1876, p.5) noted, in reporting on New South Wales news, that "the Postmaster-General has directed the issue of new telegraph forms, by which delay in transmission will be detected".

Balmain to Cullen Railway Station, Moss Vale (9 January 1877.

A Telegraph office had been established at Moss Vale Railway Station in May 1871. It continued to operate until July 1963. The Post Office in Moss Vale was removed to the Railway Station in July 1871 but then moved back to its original location in April 1873.
