Reverse side:	Boxed with 5 boxes to a line and numbered at right only to 100 or to 110.
Colours (text & form):	Black on white.
Size of form overall:	223 × 194 mm.
Size of datestamp box:	21 × 33 mm.

Distinctive characteristics of this form:

form of a very similar format to TO-5 except this form is printed on white paper;
message boxes on both the front and the reverse sides;
the main distinctions across the varieties are:
6A: boxes on the front are numbered at the right to 55;
6B: boxes on the front are numbered at the right to 35 and there is only one line of text at the base of the TELEGRAM TO box;
6C: boxes on the front are numbered at the right to 35 and there are two lines of text at the base of the TELEGRAM TO box;

	NC-TO-6Aa. Characteristics: front side is numbered at left to 55; reverse side is numbered to 110 plus CHARGES and REGULATIONS to 13; has two lines of text at the base of the TELEGRAM TO box.
	NC-TO-6Ab. Characteristics: front side is numbered at left to 55; reverse side is numbered to 100 plus CHARGES and REGULATIONS to 12; has two lines of text at the base of the TELEGRAM TO box;
	NC-TO-6Ba. Characteristics: front side is numbered on both sides to 35 and reverse side to 100; has only one line of text at the base of the TELEGRAM TO box;
	NC-TO-6Ca. Coonabarabran for local delivery 24 July 1899. Characteristics: two lines of text at base of TELEGRAM TO box with the second line beginning with "may be seen ..."; boxes on front numbered to 35 and only on right side; reverse side numbered to 100; no stock number on the front and 5495 on the reverse side.; in heading section box for "Reference No" is above "Sent at"; Unicorn has a small horn and the tails on both animals droop; Crest is smaller.
