The Colonial delivery forms for Queensland - unlike those for any other Australian Colony - are of two types:

ordinary rate delivery forms;
urgent rate delivery forms.

Ordinary rate delivery forms:

QC-DO-1. Printed on blue paper. Standard heading of ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH, QUEENSLAND in gothic script beneath the Crest. Message area is blank. Only "Wds" and "Amt" are aligned on the left.
