All Interim forms had the heading COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA and a reference to Queensland.

Two formats for ordinary rate transmission forms were produced for Queensland during the Interim period and they were very similar to the formats produced for most other States..

The end boxes have a pointing hand (at left) and the words Date Stamp (at right).

Heading is the standard Interim period format with COMMONEALTH OF AUSTRALIA at top and a reference to Queensland. No reference to TELEGRAM.
