Distinctive characteristics of this form:

continuous form from a roll;
the main distinctions amongst the varieties are:
3A: side mast is reverse printed in red. It contains no telephone numbers;
3B: side mast is direct printed in red (DO-3Ba), purple (DO-3Bb) or in red with Sydney number finishing 33 (DO-3Bc); no OTC logo;
3C: side mast is direct printed and there is an OTC logo between sections.

	IAO-DO-3A. New York to Melbourne, 2 October 1960. Characteristics: has an OTC watermark printed in the message area; the two lines of the sidemast are formated independently; sidemast is reverse printed; no telephone numbers in the sidemast.
	IAO-DO-3Ba. Zurich to Sydney. 12 February 1962. Characteristics: sidemast is direct printed in red; Sydney telephone number is 2-0544.
	IAO-DO-3Bb. Lincoln, NZ to Melbourne. 30 September 1962. Characteristics: sidemast is direct printed in purple; Sydney telephone number is 2-0544.
	IAO-DO-3Bc. Rotorua, NZ to Melbourne 4 December 1975. Characteristics: sidemast is direct printed in red; Sydney telephone number changed to 2-0333.
	IAO-DO-3C. Suva, Fiji to Melbourne. 28 November 1980. Characteristics: sidemast has OTC in smaller font than that used for INTERNATIONAL TELEGRAM; has OTC in a circle reverse printed between each heading; sidemast is direct printed in red.
