Characteristics:

IMMEDIATE, in two square brackets, is in the lower left corner;

Has a 2d pale red rouletted stamp to pay delivery cost.

Crest has been embossed;
words are MAGNETIC TELEGRAPH OFFICE;
Lion is facing out;
both animals are thin and fit and both are standing very erect;
the shield is clear of the other decorations and supported only by the animals.
