An earlier example was reported in Sydney Views (February 1986, p.13). That cover, franked with a 2d Swan, was also sent from Fremantle with an oval date stamp of 10 December 1909. It has a London arrival date stamp of 7 January 1910.

No information is known of its whereabouts and it does not appear to have come up at any auction. No reasonable picture is available.
