the main distinctions between the varieties are:
4A: centered heading is in large serif capital letters and there are 10 lines for the message;
4B: heading moved to the right. Is in small sans-serif letters and there are 8 lines for the message;
4C: centered heading is in small sans-serif letters and there are 8 lines for the message.
